My Own Lane Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from My Own Lane LLC. If something isn’t right, our policy below explains your options.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:


  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

To process a refund or replacement for a damaged item, we require:


  • Clear photos of the damaged product showing the issue.

  • Photos of the packaging the item arrived in, including any visible shipping damage.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Opened or used chemical/liquid products (such as soaps, cleaners, or dressings)

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about an item, please contact us before making a purchase.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at 1myownlane@gmail.com.

Replacements:

If your item qualifies for replacement, we will process it as a priority. You will receive tracking information as soon as the replacement ships.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects (excluding liquids).

What’s Covered:


  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

  • Failures under normal use within 30 days

What’s Not Covered:


  • Opened or used liquid chemical products

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, modification, or improper maintenance

  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., accidents, weather)

Submitting a Warranty Claim:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • A description of the problem

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Note: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
